We’re excited to report that all of the main floor concrete walls are now complete! Over the next 7–10 days, crews will finish the main floor slab, marking another major milestone in the project. Looking ahead, structural steel is expected to be delivered within the next two weeks. Once the steel begins going up, the pace of visible progress will increase dramatically as the building starts rising vertically and taking shape. This is the stage many have been waiting for, and we can’t wait to see the transformation unfold.
Park
The park is also making great progress. Grading and hydroseeding have been completed, and we’re already beginning to see grass emerge. Before long, the area will be covered in green. Park amenities, including picnic tables, benches, and dock decking, are expected to arrive soon and are scheduled for installation on the first Saturday of June.
